GoFilm Guide

GoFilm shows you what’s on at cinemas across the UK, with ratings and booking links in one place.

Getting started

  1. Choose your cinemas — search by location or browse by chain
  2. Browse what’s on — films are sorted by what’s showing most, with posters, ratings, and certificates
  3. Open a film — see showtimes at each cinema with booking links
  4. Build your watchlist — save films you want to see
  5. Set Film Alerts — track films you’re waiting for, even if they’re not currently showing

How showtimes work

We collect showtimes from 10 UK cinema chains covering 36 cinemas, refreshing twice a day.

For each film, you’ll see:

When you book through a GoFilm link, you’re booking with the cinema directly — we don’t process payments or hold your tickets.

If not booking through GoFilm, please confirm showtimes with the cinema before travelling. Cinemas occasionally change their listings at short notice, and our data may not reflect last-minute changes.

Browsing modes

You can view showtimes in four ways:

Set your default mode and radius in your account preferences.

Film Alerts

Film Alerts let you track films that aren’t currently showing in your area. When the film starts showing within your chosen radius (or anywhere in the UK if you choose “All”), we send you a notification.

Alerts are aggregated — you get one notification per film per day, only when there are new showtimes added since your last view.

To clear the “new showtimes” indicator on an alert, open Details or Showtimes for that film.

We cover the major UK chains (Cineworld, Odeon, Vue, Picturehouse, Everyman, Curzon, The Light, Showcase, and others) along with around 30 independent cinemas and growing.
